Welcome to my website!

I am an Economist in the Development Impact (DIME) Department at the World Bank. My research and policy work is at the intersection of firms, markets and gender. I research non-agricultural and agricultural firm growth, markets and organisation in low- and middle-income countries, and the interaction between the workplace and the household.

I completed my DPhil/PhD in Economics at the University of Oxford, where I was affiliated with the Centre for the Study of African Economies and part of the Oxford Firms, Labour and Organisation (OxFLO) research group
